To achieve this, we practice organic viticulture, promoting biodiversity and balance. This same philosophy is applied in our winery, without the addition of enological products, in order to achieve maximum purity and personality.
Aging is a fundamental aspect in which we use French oak vats and concrete tanks, allowing us to prioritize the expression of the fruit.
