THE SOUL OF THE MEDITERRANEAN IN EVERY SIP
The Winery
In 1988, Vicente Francés Mora acquired the winery. The estate is called El Peller, where wine has been produced in the cellars for over 250 years in underground caves, using clay amphorae, following the Iberian-Roman tradition of our region.
Our project, whose management of the estate draws on the tradition of several generations of the Pastor family. This accumulated experience is the heritage of a historical legacy and a reference for the good agricultural practices of the past.
It was in 2015 that the path to restoring the winery was undertaken. We thus began transforming the vineyard toward organic farming, aiming to enhance its qualitative potential and bottle our own wines.

EL ALMA DEL MEDITERRÁNEO EN CADA SORBO
Vinya Alforí is the sum of diversity, respect, and vocation. A balance that we express through wines with a Mediterranean character, reflecting the identity of our vineyards and landscapes.
Today, our winery is a showcase of respect in a unique environment of high scenic value. We have 45 hectares where the preservation of biodiversity and the regeneration of our soils form the foundation of our respectful and sustainable viticulture.

250 YEARS OF HISTORY, A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE IN EVERY GLASS
THE VINEYARD
Located in the Valle dels Alforins, our unique Mediterranean landscape, with pine and oak trees surrounding our plots and protecting our winemaking essence, is home to the vineyard of the El Peller Estate.
The fragmented plots stretch over our sandy-loam soils, with gravel and shallow depth.
From our Monastrell Vell plot, over 80 years old, to the younger recently planted ones, we seek balance, creating vineyards that are integrated into this mosaic. We choose the most suitable locations for each grape variety and shift towards a greater presence of native vines in order to achieve a limited production of sublime quality.
