HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely agree that their data is necessary to process their request by the service provider, while inclusion of data in the other fields is optional. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and undertakes to communicate any changes.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested via the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If all data is not provided, no guarantee is given regarding the complete accuracy of the information and services provided.

In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility and explicitly adheres to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary concerning the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise their rights and make informed decisions regarding the processing of their personal data.
