CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
VINYA ALFORÍ S.L. is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs them that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and provides the following information regarding the processing.
Purposes and legal basis of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship (for the legitimate interest of the controller, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and to send communications regarding products or services (with the consent of the data subject, art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Data retention criteria: data will be retained no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing or while legal requirements dictate its custody. Once no longer necessary, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or total destruction.

Rights of the User: the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.
